The Hotel is newly remodeled and the facilities are new. It is very very clean. The towels are new and fluffy an very clean. The bathrooms are not huge but they are ñewly renovated and cleaned to perfection. The staff is very friendly and helpful. While I was there I got sick and they asked if I was ok or I needed any help and they even gave me some snacks. It is a modest little hotel a bit off the beaten path but I highly recommend it. Also the value is unbeatable in the area at around 100$ or a little less a night. It's definitely worth it because it is clean and classy. Not a trap motel by any means. If you pay cash you have to leave a $100 deposit but I did get it back without any issues. I stay at every hotel in Conroe and this is one of my favorites by far. It will exceed your expectations.

Nice, comfortable rooms, with a small kitchenette and a big fridge. No microwave nor silverware, but you can ask for some disposable forks/spoons at the desk. it's really close to the downtown area of Conroe, which is worth visiting, with nice local restaurants.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained both inside and out .The room was large and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful..I would stay again and I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Conroe Tx.
